Our Catherines Plus Sizes Division is currently recruitingfor a Store Sales Manager. We are looking for high energy, enthusiastic, self-motivated,individuals with a passion for driving results. The Store Sales Manager is responsible for achieving all storefinancial sales, operational standards and profit contributionobjectives by demonstrating and reinforcing the Company Principles.Daily responsibilities include the following areas: Meeting andexceeding sales goals, staff supervision and coaching, development ofa career succession plan for exceptional store staff members,customer satisfaction, loss prevention, and ensuring adherence tosafety standards. * * The ideal Store Sales Manager will possess the ability tomanage multiple employees, achieve sales profitability and exceedcustomer satisfaction standards and goals. * * Daily duties andresponsibilities include: -- Customer Service: Handling and resolvingall customer care issues. -- Ensure customer service standards aremet to maximize customer experience. -- Maintain store appearance to current standards. -- Meeting and exceeding storefinancial goals, all operational objectives, and attainment of allcompany sales initiatives, and execution of individual storestandards. -- Completes store opening and closing paperwork, dailysales reports and all financial tracking. Human Resources: --Ensuring the adherence and implementation of all Human Resources bestpractices within the store, including scheduling, training,development and evaluation, and counseling store employees. --Ensuring all store employees are in compliance with companypolicies and procedures. -- Manage and coach the employees in dailyoperations. -- Assist the District Manager to recruit, hire, train,develop and evaluate store staff. Leadership Skills: -- Managesand coaches store staff for accountability to increase theireffectiveness, efficiency and productivity through continual processimprovement in the areas of achieving all sales goals, customerservice standards, problem-solving skills, store operations and staffrelations. Loss Prevention: -- Ensures the effective maintenance andprotection of company assets. Self-Development: -- Actively continuesself-development process by gaining knowledge and further buildingskills as a professional businessperson, sales manager and leader.
Job Requirements
The successful store sales manager candidate will possess thefollowing: -- 1+ years of retail store management. -- Must havedemonstrated professional leadership skills including the ability tomanage diverse staff members -- Organizational and time managementskills, solution oriented, and demonstrated ability to coach stafffor accountability and achieve key results. -- The ability to modeland develop exceptional customer service standards and relationships.
