Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute brand marketing programs, including print, direct mail, internet marketing elements
Partner with Internet Marketing, PR, Catalog Marketing, and Retail Marketing teams to ensure correct and timely execution of multiple campaign/program elements
Manage the development and maintenance of the master marketing calendar
Coordinate and lead weekly marketing review & approval meetings
Manage and track invoices and provide weekly updates to department head and program leads
Ensure that brand standards and values are supported in all endeavors
Ensure compliance to new cross-functional marketing processes
Communicate project details and changes to stake holders
Support strategic marketing planning efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing or related fields
1-2 years experience in professional marketing environment
Knowledge of marketing and business processes
Proactive, creative thinker and problem-solver
Possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to think quickly and thoroughly.
Effective time management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented.
Ability to ‘Project Manage’, prioritize tasks, and multi-task.
Ability to develop effective relationships and work with executives
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables
