This position will have the daily responsibility of setting up, starting and monitoring predictive dialing campaigns on the UNIX based Avaya Predictive Dialing System. This will encompass coverage for dialers located in Brecksville, Kalamazoo and Pittsburgh. Additionally, this job will require analysis of dialer performance utilizing various reporting tools. As a result, it is preferred that the candidate have background using applications such as MS Access, MS Excel, SQL and/or Oracle. This position will work directly with ESP Support personnel and their business partners to recommend and strategically develop calling campaigns. This position may be filled in Kalamazoo, Brecksville, Miamisburg or Pittsburgh.Two schedules: Mon – Thurs: 2:00pm -Midnight Mon – Thurs: 11:00am – 9:00pm & Saturday 4:00pm – 8:00pm Training: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (as needed) Minimum Qualifications: - One to three years previous collection experience preferred as well as above referenced applications. - This position requires accuracy, flexibility and dependability as well as analytical and organizational skills. -It is also imperative that the candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Prefer candidate with demonstrated MIS experience which is relevant and transferable. - College degree preferred and one to three years dialer/collections/sales experience preferred. - This position requires the candidate to work both independently and as part of a team. - Some travel required.PNC is committed to offering you a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
