As a Customer Service Representative in Corporate Remote Deposit Capture, you will be a part of PNC's Operations department, working with the Treasury Management group that supports our Corporate & Institutional Bank. You'll have the security of knowing you work for one of largest providers of Treasury Management services in the US and for a parent company (PNC) named in 2008 by Business Week magazine as one of the "Top 50 Performers" in any industry. PNC is on the cutting edge of Treasury Management developments, moving receivables, payables, investments, and information from paper to electronic formats. This position is based in Downtown Pittsburgh at Firstside Center, one of the nation's leading "green" operations buildings and which is easily accessible to public transportation.
On a day-to-day basis, you will enjoy a high-level of customer contact filled with both routine and unexpected challenges. No two days will be alike, though there will be predictable rhythms to your weeks and months. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a point of contact for the use of PNC Treasury Management products. Thoroughness is critical, as customers count upon you to maintain complete and accurate records, review their requests, and/or provide documentation. Your responsiveness and customer relationship skills will also be important, as you work with internal PNC service partners to ensure accurate and timely hand-offs. The position calls for the ability to be flexible and diplomatic in the handling of complex or sensitive issues. It helps that you will have state-of-the-industry technology to back you up, and a team-oriented environment of peers around you for support.
