Job Description

We also offer a variety of merchandise and services through sears.com and specialty catalogs and are the nation's largest provider of home services, with more than 13 million service calls made annually.
Responsible for the execution of receiving and merchandise pick-up (MPU) activities as well as supervision of hourly Receiving Associates, Return to Vendor Associates, and Preventative Maintenance Technicians. The Lead spends approximately half of his/her time in direct execution of the work activities, and the remaining time supervising associates. This individual supervises a team of 10-30 hourly associates and will fully participate in their selection, scheduling, training, and performance management and also assists in In-Store Marketing activities as needed.

Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience is preferred
  • Strong drive for results and executional skills
  • Coaching and development skills
  • Knowledge of store and retail operations
  • Excellent communication skills
