Job Description

We also offer a variety of merchandise and services through sears.com and specialty catalogs and are the nation's largest provider of home services, with more than 13 million service calls made annually.
Responsible for the supervision of Loss Prevention associates. The Lead spends approximately half of his/her time in direct execution of the work such as protecting company assets through activities in safety, inventory recovery, and internal and external theft. Assists managers with reduction of loss of inventory, time, and assets, monitors surveillance equipment, and apprehends shoplifting suspects. This individual supervises a team of hourly associates and will fully participate in their selection, scheduling, training, and performance
Required:
Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience is preferred
Must be able to complete reports and other paperwork
Must pass background check and drug screen
Must possess good powers of observation
Strong detail orientation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Knowledge of security procedures is desirable
