AAA Chicago, a leader in the Insurance, Travel and Automotive Services Industries and a member of the Auto Club Group of companies, seeks a proven leader to continue the development and success of our Independent Agency sales channel. 

Regional Sales Director, Independent Agents

In this key leadership role, the Regional Sales Director will report directly to the club president and will oversee all Independent Agency sales & support operations in our Illinois/Indiana territory.  Responsibilities will include strategic planning, market development, agency relations and managing sales & support staff.

Successful candidates will possess:

• 5 to 7 years Independent Agency management and/or successful sales management experience in an insurance, financial or related sales environment.


• Market development experience including analyzing territories and/or sales markets and developing long range strategic business plans


• Leadership experience to include coaching, mentoring, challenging and enabling employees and independent contractors to successfully meet objectives and goals.


• Strong communication, organizational, planning, time management and administrative skills


• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or related field.


• State Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or ability to attain within 90-days of hire.
