Job Description:
We're looking for people who can make a difference because we believe that an innovative oriented team can accomplish anything!
The role of the ISG is to respond effectively to all Internet-sourced vehicle inquiries that come to the dealership via email, the Compass tool or in-bound phone calls on a dedicated Internet phone line.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sell new and used cars and trucks to Internet sourced customers
Actively pursue short term and long term e-mail/phone follow-up schedules for all customers that have not purchased using effective email letters and phone calls
Generate sales appointments with at least 60% of customers with whom we have established 2-way communication and maintain a 60% show rate with those appointments
Meet with all Internet appointments personally and close 60% of those appointments that show up
Provide assistance in improving the Internet Sales Performance of the dealership by meeting regularly with store management personnel and assuring that the team keeps all necessary contact information, inventory, photos and pricing current and accurate
Use bulk e-mail, z-trac and other furnished tools to communicate with our customer base
Ensure compliance with AutoNation pricing policy using the tools provided
Monitor and track performance of dealership Internet Sales
Attend/Conduct weekly meeting such as: Save a deal, No Sale, Specials, Appointments.
Develop an expert level ability with the Compass tool and record Sale and No-Sale Information into Compass as appropriate.
Cross-reference retail sales log on a daily basis to correctly source Internet-generated deliveries.
