O’Reilly Auto Parts is currently recruiting for Territory Sales Managers, Store Managers, and Assistant Store Managers to grow our commercial business. TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
This position is responsible for soliciting orders, selling company products and representing the company. Responsibilities also include maintaining a customer base; increasing sales volume on assigned accounts; pursuing new accounts; maintaining up-to-date records; participating in sales meetings and trade shows; promoting company programs; and making daily sales calls. Requires extensive driving on daily basis, with overnight travel on an as needed basis. Requirements also include high school diploma or equivalent and a working knowledge or auto repair.
STORE MANAGER
Responsible for the sales, profitability, appearance, and overall operations of the store. Objectives are to show consistent sales growth, ensure store projects proper O’Reilly image, operates as a profit center, and followspolicies and procedures to ensure company is operating as economically and efficiently as possible.
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Support store manager in the areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. Manage store during store manager absence and/or when working opposing shifts.
