Job Description
Description:
• Manage, schedule, coordinate assignments in relation to the direction of ProVantage clients
• Review and audit work in all divisions
• Assign teams and payout allotments to perform resets and projects utilizing field employees
• Assess and scale staffing needs based on project needs
• Interview, hire, train and discipline field employees as needed
• Oversee and report progress of projects
• Audit timesheets and expense reports for accuracy
• Track employee training, scoring records, and certifications
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication, organizational and personnel management and initiative required. Logistical background and multi tasking skills essential. Highly skilled in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, MapPoint and Access database.
