Job Description
Train and coach management staff in execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales.
Administer company policies and develop long range goals and objectives.
Coordinate sales promotion activities and pricing of merchandise.
Produce operational reports and records, ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures, monitor store profitability, and manage payroll budgets.
Facilitate ongoing communication between stores and head office.
Monitor field compliance with policies, LP standards, personnel practices, sales and record-keeping procedures by frequent visits and phone contact with stores.
Resolve problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
Job Requirements
10+ years experience in multi-state, multi-unit apparel retailer, must have excellent leadership skills, strong fashion sense.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all employees.
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified managers to meet the region's needs.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• 30% travel required
