Branch Security Manager  

Responsible for all security and emergency response programs for their location ensuring employee safety and company profitability. Also will have responsibilities for all Keyholder and all retail management functions.

• Ensure maximium physical security presence at the front door during customer hours
• En
• sure that outside high level special events within home store store are conducted per policy and that the applicable security measures are in place to maintain a safe, secure and successful event
• Conduct Vulnerability Evaluations as directed by the coporate protection manager
• Ensure the physical security applications in your location are to standard by conducting daily inspections of all physical security systems, including alarms, radios, locks, keys, perimeter doors, etc.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing liaison with law enforcement, contract guard and other retail security agencies
• Manage equipment service repairs through the Equipment Database and liaison with Corporate Protection on all service calls and work through to completio
• Work with store management and the corporate protection manager to utilize Performance Management and ensure that departmental and individual goals are achieved for your security staff 
• Recruit, interview and hire security professionals within local market with input from branch management

• High School Graduate

•  4 years demonstrated prior retail management/security related experience (i.e. law enforcement, military, college, private security, etc.) 

•  4 years demonstrated supervisory experience

• Highest level of integrity and experience in all phases of security, systems, procedures, supervision and training 

• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience 

• Ability to work retail store hours necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays
