Overview The primary purpose of the Jr. Application Support Analyst is to support, test, deploy basic level applications or systems that meets department requirements, and work with other IT groups to resolve applications or systems issues.
Responsibilities The Jr. Applications Support Analyst will provide basic level problem solving abilities to identify web applications or systems problems. This role will troubleshoot or researches to determine root cause analysis while collaborating with other Support Analysts on options for remediation. The Jr. Analyst will documents and report findings to applications development group. In addition, this position will create test cases to support applications testing while coordinating and executing all applications or systems testing for assigned applications, and ensures the quality of changes. This position will participate in the deployment process which includes packaging and/ or execution and perform basic configuration changes and customization to support business requirements.
