You can also find pet supplies, animal feed, power tools, riding mowers, lawn and garden products and more. Today less than 10 percent of the company’s customers classify themselves as full-time farmers or ranchers. In fact, Tractor Supply’s largest customer segment does not farm at all. Responsibilities:
Working with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, setting examples for team members, and promoting a safe and productive work environment for our team members and customers. The right candidate is someone who believes in hard work, has leadership skills and an eye on future career growth. Many of our Assistant Managers and Store Managers stay in this role and work their way up.

Retail expereience and / or a background in farming, ranching, equine or welding highly desirable.
