Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:Asses and repair equipment and machinery in the DC. Attend to work orders schedules by Supervisor. Preventive maintenance, repairs and evaluation of mechanical equipment including strappers and conveyors in the facility. Some knowledge of electrical motor control trouble-shooting. Knowledge of hand tools and inventory control of hand tools. Knowledge of spare parts procedure and inventory control. Perform all jobs safely. Follow work order procedures. Well organized to fill out and perform work orders
Job Requirements
Knowledge of hand tools, drills, grinders, saws, multimeter, tachometer, welder, cutting torch, electric forklifts, pallet jacks and platform lifts. One to two years progressive mechanical aptitude in manufacturing environment. Mechanically inclined. Lifting up to 50lbs. Work overtime as required.
