Job Description

We offer a wide range of home merchandise, appliances, apparel and automotive products and services through more than 2,400 Sears-branded and affiliated stores in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. We also offer a variety of merchandise and services through sears.com and specialty catalogs and are the nation's largest provider of home services, with more than 13 million service calls made annually.
Responsible for selling and servicing customers. Must be willing and able to handle customer issues that may arise on the sales floor. The associate will spend all of their time on the sales floor within in one or more departments. This individual will maintain knowledge of Sears products and use this knowledge to assist customers.
