We are also growing in reputation, as a leader in areas such as work/life family culture, 'green' building design, frontier technology, and strong corporate social responsibility.As a Client Services Recruiter, you will be based in (XXX), and will be working within the Recruiting and Employee Inclusion area of Corporate Human Resources. In a typical day, you will enjoy a high level of candidate and hiring manager interaction filled with both routine and unexpected challenges. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, recruitment and placement for non-exempt level openings for an assigned business. Your knowledge of PNC's positions, combined with effective internal/external sourcing channels and our state-of-the-art recruitment technology, will ensure that your hiring manager's planning and staffing goals are met. You'll work on a team of first-rate recruitment professionals, including administrative and sourcing support, as you engage in strategic searches to fill open positions. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or at least 5 years of recruiting experience is required.
  • Candidates with experience in a contingency or retained search environment are preferred.
  • Must have a sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Marketing, planning, networking and negotiation skills required.
  • Knowledge of EEO and employment related laws are required.
  • Technical competence with database management software, word processing software and Lotus Notes preferred. Internet skills are desirable.
