We are also growing in reputation, as a leader in areas such as work/life family culture, 'green' building design, frontier technology, and strong corporate social responsibility.As a Sr. Brokerage Customer Service Rep, you will be part of a successful and growing retail banking organization, one with almost 3 million retail customers and 1,000 branch offices throughout the Northeast and Middle Atlantic. You will be based at the PNC Investments Call Center in downtown Cleveland.You will work with customers to provide general information regarding most complex questions regarding mutual fund accounts, fund policies, practices and services via telephone and written correspondence. You will serve as a liaison between the Investment Consultant and Brokerage Operations. Process information associated with account maintenance, researches more complex issues to correct/minimize problems, such as order entry errors, statement and customer account set-up. You will perform unsolicited trades as necessary under the direction of the customer. Using your strong communication skills you will create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while maintaining superior customer service levels. You will regularly communicate information to PNC Brokerage Management and Investment Consultants related to the activities on accounts assigned to the Investments ConsultantThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Series 7, 63 or 65 licenses required. 2 years of more prior investment sales or operations related experience. Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and establish credibility and trust with a variety of callers.
