Job Description

  • Responsible for all marketing and events for new store openings to ensure consistency with brand direction.
  • Oversee the Visual Merchandising team to ensure in-store presentation is powerful and consistent across both print and product merchandising.
  • Partner with PR team for local community connections and events to drive brand heat and traffic
  • Manage Retail marketing and visual team and budgets to deliver on financial expectations.
  • Liaise with Regional Marketing leads for input and alignment to retail calendar/execution
  • Sign off of Regional Retail marketing plans to ensure alignment with Brand and Global Retail objectives.
  • Representing WW Retail in all brand marketing discussions and communicate to regional teams.
  • Development and execution of season-less voice of the brand in retail.
  • Development and communication of seasonal in-store Marketing Communication to regions
  • Development of Retail Window briefs and creative development in line with brand and retail initiatives
  • Responsible for development of Retail seasonal Marketing Calendar alongside Brand, Merchandising and product teams.
  • Elevate the brand through powerful retail marketing campaigns and in-store presentations.
  • Collaborates with Global Retail teams, Brand Design, Brand Marketing, US Wholesale and Retail Field team.

Job Requirements

 

  • A keen understanding of the youth market and connection to music is a plus.


  • Experience in developing and executing retail store level marketing programs and CRM programs.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully package and present ideas and recommendations.

  •  Well organized, deadline oriented, budget conscious, team player with a willingness to roll up sleeves.

  • 5-7 years experience in retail marketing for a consumer lifestyle brand or vertical retailer.
