Drafts high priority real estate legal documents and counsels business partners on real estate matters. Represents the corporation in performing legal transactions. Provides guidance and training to real estate paralegals.

Qualifications
Skills Required:

A Juris Doctorate Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience is required.
Commercial leasing experience required. Retail experience preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects
Must be able to operate with limited supervision and show good judgment.
Highly developed analytical, conceptual and people management skills are also required.
Candidate must be effective at troubleshooting and improvising in unexpected situations and must assume full responsibility and take action without direction within appropriate area of responsibility.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are critical.
