Overview The Service Center Representative is responsible for the accurate systematic and physical movement of repair orders within the service center. The Representative performs a variety of activities including inspection and disposition of repair merchandise, data entry of repair orders, physical transfer of repair orders among departments and assignment of repair orders to technicians.
Responsibilities You will physically and systematically review service orders, enter orders into the Repair system and prepare orders for technicians and vendors.
You will also provide assistance to other departments in the service center including shipping and receiving activities and point of sales processing.
Additionally, you will participate in project work as business needs require, including department physical organization and inventory cycle counts.
