Career opportunities

Account Manager

Account Management is the foundation of our management training program CSG Inc. uses a 100% promotion from within system to develop our company culture from the ground up. Each account manager is trained to the specific actions of the client and campaign of which we work, support and represent. This entry level position increases market share for our clients through
face-to-face consulting, new customer acquisition, and customer retention and brand representation.

Through our hands-on training process, account managers will develop the skills that are invaluable and essential in any business role. These skills include interpersonal communication, customer-focused service, public speaking, time management, and overall professionalism.

Corporate Trainer

Our Corporate Trainers are developed in the areas that will prepare them for future leadership positions, including: training and development of account managers, interviewing and recruiting skills, public speaking, team building and leadership.

Assistant Manager

Once a corporate trainer has the necessary skills to become a successful team leader, they will earn a promotion to the third phase of our management training program, our Assistant Manager role. Our assistant managers will learn to interview potential candidates, run meetings, manage the office sales and marketing team, and learn all of the day-to-day administrative tasks within the office.

Managing Partner

After successfully completing our management training program, there is only one step left: senior level management. All of the skills acquired in the first three positions of the program will be put to test. Responsibilities of a manager include territory management, team development, market production, training, client relations, recruitment, and daily preparation.
