Careers

Administrator
Behind every great office is a great administrator. Our administrative team is the face of the company. Silver State prides itself on having a high-energy team with a positive mindset, and that starts with our administrators. They’re organizational skills are essential as they run the back end of the business: background checks, filing, answering phones, etc.
Intern
Summer and winter internships are available year round at Silver State Marketing Solutions. We offer vital business experiences such as sales, training, interviewing, public speaking, and team development. High performing interns are offered full time positions after graduation.
Sales Rep
100% of our managers start as sales representatives. We believe that in order to develop successful managers, the manager must learn the business from the ground up. The lifeblood of any business is sales, and therefore that is the first thing that we teach.
Account Executive
An account executive is where the management training program begins. The ability to train and develop other individuals is absolutely necessary to running an office. This is a “learn at your own pace” business, so the quicker an individual learns one skill, they begin developing the next.
Corporate Trainer
Corporate trainers have proven to be the most consistent individuals in the office. The best way to teach somebody a skill is to show them how it is done, and that is exactly what a corporate trainer does day in and day out.
Senior Corporate Trainer
In a management training program, the goal is to develop other leaders, which is exactly what a senior corporate trainer does. They have not only demonstrated their skills in sales, but also in training and developing others and managing teams.
Assistant Manager
Assistant managers have proven they have what it takes to manage an office. At this position, it is about learning the back-end of running it. This includes the administrative position, working directly with the client, and running all the daily meetings.
Management
Managers are responsible for 20-30 individuals. They do all the daily activities of running the office and have two main responsibilities. The first is to do everything possible to ensure each individual who works at Silver State hits their personal goals. The second is to make sure the company hits the targets set up by our clients.
Consultant
As we continue to grow and open up more offices, consultants oversee these offices and improve them wherever necessary. Through conferences, travel, and conference calls, they teach from their own experiences and thorough training. With multiple consultants aiding Silver State, we are sure to reach all of our goals.
