Sony retail stores are designed to educate consumers about integrating technology into their lifestyles, and serve as a showcase for Sony's most innovative electronics and entertainment products and services.

Sony retail stores encourage consumers to test-drive a variety of devices and experience firsthand their seamless interaction with digital entertainment content. The stores feature several hands-on demonstration areas, including HDTV display walls equipped with high-definition TV sets and Blu-ray players, and a digital imaging gallery with a selection of camcorders, photo printers and digital still cameras as well as VAIO® PCs to exhibit connectivity.

The stores showcase all of Sony's entertainment merchandise, including the latest CDs from Sony BMG Music Entertainment, DVD and Blu-ray movies from Sony Pictures Entertainment, as well as PlayStation 3® consoles, PSP and game software. In addition, shoppers receive the highest level of personal service, including a concierge located at the entrance of each store, exclusive in-store product workshops, personal in-home delivery service, unlimited Wi-Fi access and custom installation support.
