We currently have an opening for a Bridgestone B2B Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will be responsible for growing B2B Bridgestone Tire and Service business within their assigned territory.
- Develop relationships and work closely with the Bridgestone field and store teams to drive B2B business and ensure commitment
- Partner with store personnel to increase B2B tire unit sales and service revenue while delivering a superior Boss experience
- Target B2B customers in an assigned territory and drive tire and service business into the Bridgestone store locations
- Subject matter expert on the Bridgestone Sales and Customer Satisfaction process (BOSS)
- Subject matter experts on all tire products offered in the Bridgestone stores
- Subject matter expert on partner products (CFNA, Interstate batteries, Shell Oil, etc.)
- Create and schedule effective work plans to maximize productivity and ROI
- Meet and exceed goals on a monthly basis
- Stay abreast of local competition and its impact on Bridgestone stores
- Report and record market intelligence in Salesforce.com
- Share best practices with team members
- Willingness to be a team player
