French Canadian Bilingual Customer Service Rep.

Place orders/ Check shipping/ Order research Check account or certificate balances or account transactions Returns/Damage/ Defective claims or lost shipments Communicate program rules and program information to customers. Catalog Support questions Additional product/rules clarification Navigate customers through basic website technical support Work with suppliers Problem resolution through online research.

Industry: Customer Service/Call Center.

Duties: Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs. Contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail or chat. Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and management High accountability for providing excellent customer service Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers.
