RGIS offers an excellent benefit package to its employees after they complete 30 days of employment. Eligible employees may elect medical, dental, prescription drug and vision coverage for themselves and their eligible dependents. The RGIS health plan offers access to a preferred provider network and many other wellness features including a 24-hour nurse hotline, personal health advocate and a tobacco cessation program.

Employees may also enroll in short and long term disability, and Life and AD&D insurance after a 30-day waiting period. RGIS sponsors a 401(k) program, with employer match, for eligible employees after they complete one year of service. Additionally, employees may elect to participate in flexible spending account programs to save pre-tax dollars for uninsured healthcare expenses or eligible dependent care expenses.
