- Ability to lead a conversation, negotiate, and upsell products as needed
- Demonstrate personal responsibility (i.e., attendance, punctuality, ownership of day-to-day activities)
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- College preferred
- Experience in sales or customer service is a bonus

Junior Sales Associate
We are currently seeking bright, motivated individuals to join our valued team of Junior Sales Associates. Junior Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Able to handle a large volume of inquiries, while always providing excellent service. Will be responsible for utilizing customer service and sales skills to: identify consumer needs, provide prompt resolution to inquiries and follow through with all customers until satisfaction in services. All Junior Sales Associates will be performing the point of sale in person either through a client event or in the comfort of their own home to create a personalized relationship.
