Work Location: GSE Building 1, Upper Office Area (Approx. 13 stairs)

Work Environment: Office environment. Business casual dress. Upstairs office in main GSE shop in building 1.
Job Summary: Maintains equipment hours, fuel and oil reporting, parts auditing, input of daily Equipment Condition Reports (ECR) and general office reports and filing.
Job Description: Perform ADA and vehicle retirement procedures. Process tire invoices and manage vendor data info. Manage equipment transfers and ADMS process. Input fuel and oil through AIS and approve reports. Input ECR process to share drive, print, track and update daily as required. Process vendor invoices through Ariba and Oracle. Download Telezon hours. (Parts of ECR reporting process). Approve DPO's through Oracle. (Parts receiving procedures). Build and run reports as requested by supervisors and managers. Must be proficient in AIS and PTRS. Run, load and approve weekly payroll. Proficient in Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Required Skills: Skills assessment for Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Additional Skills: Will need to access AIS, ADMS and associated reports required. Vacation coverage required as needed for other admins.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, team player, and detailed oriented. Professional phone etiquette.
