Our Customer Service Representatives are a very important part of our family. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. What we do on this program:

Provide inbound call support for the following residential gas and electric service billing and payment inquiries:

•       customer assistance program information

•       billing rate options

•       credit and payment arrangements

•       start, stop, move requests

•       electric outages 


Job Requirements


Teleperformance personnel providing call and/or support services should possess adequate proficiencies and qualifications to provide a seamless customer experience including:


•       Relevant experience in customer service or sales;


•       Strong analytical skills;


•       Ability to comprehend and quickly respond to customer needs;


•       Strong verbal communication skills;


•       Completion of required training and onboarding;


•       Successful completion of all requisite training tests, assessments, and/or ability to demonstrate requisite proficiencies


Shifts will be scheduled during the following hours of operation:


 


•       10AM to 11PM Monday- Friday


•       10AM to 9PM Saturday


•       Closed Sundays
