Job Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
* Answer inbound calls and emails
* Answer any questions that customer may have
* Assist customers with the application process
* Follow procedures and process to send electronic loan application

Job Requirement of the Customer Service Representative:
* Bilingual - English and Spanish REQUIRED
* 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
* Basic MS Excel Skills
