Customer Service Representative
Our client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity!
Job Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
* Answer inbound calls to answer general questions
* Assist customers currently in the application process
* Respond to digital communications via email, text, chat
* Follow defined procedures to send electronic contracts and process loan applications
Job Requirement of the Customer Service Representative:
* 1-2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative
* Prior experience handling customer contacts via phone, email, or chat
* Familiarity with quality assurance programs
* Well-spoken and able to professionally respond to customers in writing
* Well versed in Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Outlook
