Leadership Training Program  - Full Time - No Weekends

Make a Career in Leadership, Coaching, & Development of others - Our Leadership Training program teaches someone from an Entry Level Position how to become an effective manager of a team of 20+.  Our Leadership program provides resources for leaders to learn all the fundamentals of team leadership, development of others, and business management     Stand Up Management was founded in 2017 in a response to a much needed improvements to marketing strategies for large, Fortune 100 Energy Brokers and connecting them to their clients.  We have partnered with a few well known companies in the Energy Industry.  This partnership has allowed us exponential growth since our establishment and has created an increased demand for more expansions for our clients.   Our Success Relies on our Core Values:
