Job Summary About the Position
Primarily responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to members through the handling of routine to moderate inquiries and transactions regarding members auto insurance policies. Creates member relationships through needs assessment and solution offerings from the wide array of products and services.
Entry level pay of $15 an hour with potential of $19 an hour.

Duties/Responsibilities Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
•Ability to listen effectively
•Empathize with the member
•Responsible for member inquiries/questions
•Assist members with their policy questions
•Assist members with their Policy updates
•Assist members with their Policy billing
•Responds to servicing inquiries
•Acts on referral triggers and provides additional product offerings based on member needs.
•Provide excellent member service at all times
•Critical thinking, proactive attitude, strong communication skills displaying empathy and caring
•Must be extremely detail-oriented
•Focused on production-oriented goals
•Must be articulate and professional
•Experience with MS business applications
•Strong team-building and leadership skills
•Participates in training as needed Qualifications: Qualifications
•2 years of stable customer service experience in a high volume environment
•Property & Casual Insurance Licensed
•Previous sales experience preferred
•Type 25 wpm
•Bachelor's degree preferred
•Ability to use desktop computer system and hardware, e.g. mouse, keyboard
•Logical problem solving skills
•Proven oral/written communication skills
•Must have availability to work various shifts
•Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows
•Continuously demonstrate a sense of urgency
•Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative.
•Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and Drug testing
