Job Purpose:


Customer service, sales, upselling and creating the best customer experience. Serves customers by providing sales, product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Creating a great customer service focused environment for our customers.

Duties:


  • Customer service. Attracts potential customers by explaining of the new promotions we have, answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services, meeting with new and existing customers.
  • Opens customer accounts.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments in conjunction with our call center reps.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
