Team Leader - Assistant Manager ASAP

The full time team leader and assistant manager position requires an individual that is personable and enjoys talking and interacting with people on a face to face basis. The team leader and assistant manager position helps fulfill customer’s wants and needs by utilizing informative strategies.



 We are looking for someone to fulfill the team leader and assistant manager position who is:

This position is not cold calling over the phones! Pay based on performance! This job involves one on one sales interactions with customers.



We have a family like team in our office and our looking for someone who fits our fun, outgoing personalities. We do regular team events outside the office on a weekly basis. We offer travel opportunities and fund conferences to develop and grow our team. 



Job Requirements

Job Requirements for team leaders and assistant managers:



  • Customer service and sales experience a plus but not required

  • 2-4 year college degree

  • People skills

  • Desire to learn leadership skills
